General

I'm looking to purchase in store. Where are your stockists located?

We have a list of our resellers and stores that stock Omikron products on our map locator HERE.

You can apply for a 30 day account online. To qualify you need to spend a minimum of $500 per month, have an active ABN and the account will be reviewed quarterly.

Ordering

Can I order online as a business customer?

Yes you can. We will be able to set your account up to have access to your business pricing. Please speak to our staff about helping with this.

Yes, you can order directly online.

Yes. When ordering online, simply choose the warehouse pick up option.

Click and collects are only available from our Smeaton Grange location.

Yes, you can. Our sales team will let you know when the order is ready with the dimensions and weights so you can then arrange a collection time.

If ordering online, please choose the warehouse pick up option, or mention it to the team if ordering over the phone.

The pricing shown on our website is the full recommended retail pricing.

Trade and wholesale customers may be eligible for discounted pricing. Once an account and pricing is approved, your pricing will be assigned to your account and your discounted pricing will be visible on our website when you are logged into your account.

Products

What touchless products do you have?

Everything needs a little bit of elbow grease, but we have heard from customers that after a few washes using RG Degreaser and Purple Power they are achieving a touchless wash.

We do not have a specific pre-wash products, but we do recommend using RG Degreaser prior to washing to help shift stubborn grime, bug splatter, grease and oil.

Yes we do! It is an amonia free window cleaner, which means it can be used on tinted windows without ruining the tint.

We sure do! We offer Omikron branded hats, jumper and tees.

We recommend storing products out of direct sunlight and in 30 degrees or lower.

Purple Power wash and wax is the best for a wash. For the Chassis, RG is a great gentle degreaser, if you want a heavy/stronger degreaser, choose Master Degreaser.

Purple Power

Can Purple Power be used on Stainless Steel and Aluminium?

Yes. Purple Power is PH neutral which means it doesn’t eat into anything like some acidic or alkaline washes.

Yes. Purple Power is PH neutral which means it doesn’t eat into anything like some acids. It is safe on PPF and ceramic coated paintwork.

WATCH our easy to follow instructional video for the steps to mixing Omikron Purple Power Wash in your foam cannon prior to washing. 

We recommend adding water to purple power at a ration of about 3 to 1 (ie. 700ml in a 1 litre cannon).

The ratios will all be dependent on your pressure washer and how many litres per minute your pressure washer runs.

RG Degreaser

Will RG Degreaser strip a clear coating or fade paint?

No. It is important to follow the instructions and ensure it does not dry on the surface and is not used in the sun or on a hot surface.

Yes, but always do a test patch in an inconspicuous area first and follow the instructions.

Rippa All Purpose Cleaner

What can Rippa be used for?

Rippa is a multipurpose cleaner that was designed to clean the interior of vehicles. It is safe on paint, plastic, leather, fabric and even house walls! It also is great for cleaning BBQs, lounges and tree sap from the exterior of your vehicle.  (it can be used as a light degreaser)

Finding the best product for the job

What's the best way to clean bugs off a car?

D-Bug – very free rinsing – spray on – pressure clean off

We recommend using Rippa.

Alkasteam is our premium degreaser that powers through all greases, grime and dirt. It is a non-acid based, alkaline, biodegradable degreaser for use on heavily soiled grease, oil, grime and brake dust.

RG degreaser is safe for use on paint and polished metals on trucks, plant machinery and buses and comes ready to use, without the need for dilution. There is no risk for damage as it comes ready to use.

Blastaway is our general purpose degreaser for the budget conscious buyer.

Mag Magic – warning – we recommend this for professional use only to reduce the risk of damage.

Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at the time of ordering. We use the best possible rates available taking into account your location and volume.

Orders to the Sydney area are charged at a flat rate of $12 per order or FREE for orders over $275.

We ship Australia wide.

All orders for Western Australia will be processed and fulfilled by Nexco Asset Management, 3 Edison CCT Forrestdale WA 6112. This will provide buyers with the best possible freight rates and faster delivery.

At this stage we do not accept international orders.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing the order, subject to all items being in stock. If there is a delay in items being fulfilled or manufacturing time required, we will contact you to advise.

Actual transit times will depend on freight availability and your location. We ship orders from our head office in Smeaton Grange NSW.

Orders for Western Australia will be shipped by and from NEXCO Asset Management at 3 Edison CCT Forrestdale WA 6112.

Exchange and Return

How do I return a product?

We stand by our products and if you are not happy with the performance of any of our products, we will happily refund you for your purchase.

Any orders for Western Australia fulfilled by NEXCO Asset Management will be managed directly by NEXCO.

We work hard to get products to you without delay and aim to pack and ship orders within 24 hours where stock is available. If you have made a mistake or wish to make a change, you must IMMEDIATELY contact us at sales@omikron.com.au or call  02 9824 5966 with your request.

We try our hardest to accommodate any change requests but cannot guarantee we will be able to change your order before it is shipped.

We pride ourselves on offering you the best quality items, although if there is an issue, please email us at sales@omikron.com.au and include details and photos of the issue.
