We ship to most addresses in Australia where delivery is accessible.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing the order, subject to all items being in stock. If there is a delay in items being fulfilled or manufacturing time required, we will contact you to advise.
Actual transit times will depend on freight availability and your location. We ship orders from our head office in Smeaton Grange NSW.
Shipping is calculated at the time of ordering. We use the best possible rates available taking into account your location and volume.
Orders to the Sydney area are charged at a flat rate of $12 per order or FREE for orders over $275.
Omikron Auto Detailing Products Pty Limited reserve the right to change shipping rates charged to any destination and/or delivery method at any time.

We stand by our products and if you are not happy with the performance of any of our products, we will happily refund you for your purchase.
Items may be returned to Omikron at 12 McPherson Rd, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567 within 14 days of product receipt, at your expense. Please include a note with your name, order number, and instructions on whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Before processing a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org outlining why you wish to return your product so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return.
To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and must only have a minimal amount of product used. We will not exchange or refund for product where a significant amount has been used.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Refunds will be refunded via the purchaser’s payment option. Refunds may take between 5 – 10 business days for funds to be available in the associated account.
