All of Our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST (Goods and services tax) is charged. The price shown on the website is the Recommended Retail Price. Account customers on special rates will need to ensure they are logged into their account for their applicable pricing to be displayed.
Shipments from Omikron must be paid prior to goods being shipped, with the exception for customers on account.
Payment can be made via Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) or Bank Transfer (please forward screenshot for verification).
Order totals are calculated in and include GST in the total price. Delivery charges are based on the rates calculated by our freight providers at the time of order and will be added to your purchase at checkout. We always choose the best available freight price for your order.
Product prices are regularly updated. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing at any time or amend due to human error, computer malfunction or incorrect data and reserve the right to cancel the order.
Orders shipping to Western Australia will be processed by NEXCO Asset Management. Payment to and obligations under the transaction will rest with Nexco and you payment and finalisation of your order with them confirms acceptance of this term. Omikron take no responsibility for orders finalised with NEXCO.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing the order, subject to all items being in stock. If there is a delay in items being fulfilled or manufacturing time required, we will contact you to advise.
We ship to most addresses in Australia where delivery is accessible. All orders are shipped from our Head Office in Smeaton Grange NSW. Actual transit times will depend on freight availability and your location.
Shipping is calculated at the time of ordering. We use the best possible rates available taking into account your location and volume.
Orders to the Sydney area are charged at a flat rate of $12 per order or FREE for orders over $275.
Omikron Auto Detailing Products Pty Limited reserve the right to change shipping rates charged to any destination and/or delivery method at any time.
Orders shipping to Western Australia do not fall within our shipping and delivery costs and timeframes as they are fulfilled by third party Service Provider NEXCO Asset Management, 3 Edison Cct, Forrestdale WA 6112.
Your order will be dispatched via courier and a signature will be required, we suggest supplying a shipping address that has someone available during business hours. We cannot be responsible for your orders being stolen from your address should you not be available to sign receipt of your order. Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours such as your work address to help reduce your liability.
We stand by our products and if you are not happy with the performance of any of our products, we will happily refund you for your purchase.
Items may be returned to Omikron at 12 McPherson Rd, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567 within 14 days of product receipt, at your expense. Please include a note with your name, order number, and instructions on whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Before processing a return, please email sales@omikron.com.au outlining why you wish to return your product so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return.
To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and must only have a minimal amount of product used. We will not exchange or refund for product where a significant amount has been used.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Refunds will be refunded via the purchaser’s payment option. Refunds may take between 5 – 10 business days for funds to be available in the associated account.
You may be able to change an order if you advise us prior to the order being processed and prepared for shipping. If you have made a mistake or wish to make a change, you must IMMEDIATELY contact us at sales@omikron.com.au or call 02 9824 5966 with your request.
We try our hardest to accommodate any change requests but cannot guarantee we will be able to change your order before it is shipped.
Omikron accepts no liability or responsibility for any interference with or damage to your computer, software or data occurring as a result of accessing this site. You should ensure they have adequate protection against viruses when accessing the Internet.
