HOW to WASH your truck in 10 steps the Omikron way

Watch our easy to follow guide to washing your vehicle using our favourite products. While we have used a truck in this demo, these products are also safe to used for cars, and the steps for washing are the same.

Simple. Easy. Effective.

STEP 1

Apply RG Degreaser to wheels and grill – those areas with built up grime, bug splatter and road dust. The RG will draw embedded dirt from tyres so make sure you give them a squirt too!

STEP 2

Pressure wash off quickly – only leave it dwell for a couple of minutes and make sure it does not dry.

STEP 3

Apply RG Degreaser to other heavily soiled areas like the lower part of your paintwork, polished metal and tanks.

STEP 4

Fire up your foam cannon and apply a layer of Purple Power foam to your vehicle.

STEP 5

Let the Purple Power sit and do it’s magic while you spray any remaining soiled areas with RG Degreaser. This will more likely be relevant for trucks or larger vehicles.

STEP 6

Purple Power foam wash those areas.

STEP 7

Pressure wash off starting at the bottom then working your way up. Then work from the top to bottom.

STEP 8

Inspect the vehicle and and reapply RG Degreaser to any remaining stubborn grime, and pressure was off immediately.

STEP 9

Apply Final Reflection Spray Wax and polish lightly with a soft microfibre cloth. This will keep your polished metal and paintwork shiny and repel dirt for longer.

STEP 10

Apply Pro Shine Tyre Shine for an ultra high gloss, long lasting silicone shine.

TIP: For heavily soiled vehicles, you may require a contact wash using a sponge and some elbow grease, but for most vehicles, a touchless wash is all they need as our products are so effective.

REMEMBER: All of our products have surface suitability recommendations, and while they are generally safe for use, make sure you spot test any delicate areas and follow the instructions for use.
